Communal Grass Areas - Are yours being cut?

Although the site is very much a building site at the moment, you as a resident are paying the full amount for grass cutting, gardening etc. You may notice that they are cutting the grass areas directly around your building, but around car parks etc, grass and weeds are being left - mention these to Crabtree as you are paying for a service that you are not receiving - and if you think you have a chance, ask for the refund for a partial amount - why should you pay for something you're not getting!
