Chipped Brickwork around Extractor Fans - External

It's worth mentioning that it is wise to examine the outside of your property, especially at the extractor fan outlets. Upon looking at the some of the houses, it seems a regularly occuring problem that brickwork is chipped or even large holes can be found around the outside of the fittings - reporting this to Abbey should remedy the problem, they should come along and replace the entire brick, therefore sealing the unit. You will notice this problem regularly on the blocks of apartments, although it is not limited to this and can be seen on some detached and semi-detached houses. Regards, unhappy_resident!
