To All,

You may want to have a look at the state of the finishing around water pipes behind your sinks and toilets. If it looks a bit of a state, put a complaint in - they will soon come around and finish the work properly (like they should have done in the first place). Don't take "that's Abbey's standard" as any type of excuse, as it seems to be the favourite phrase around site. Mad
